Spring chisel is used in processing of the soil without having the need to use plow on soil after harvest. It is a suspended machine that processes soil having some clods during the arid months of summer when working with plow is impossible and it breaks the lower layer of the plow considering the shape/structure of the legs. High work depth soil processing can be done with chisel. Therefore by preventing the airing of the soil and rain water staying on the surface allows water to work its way through the base of the soil thusly preventing soil from losing its moisture and ensures that the roots of plants work their way down to the base by breaking the hard layer. In addition, its roller connected to the chassis simultaneously pressing the soil at the time when discs lift the soil minimizes the loss of moisture after process.
They are made of steel cast and they are legs with strong structure which are tempered.
There is a safety bolt for the tines in order not to be damaged from the stones and forces exposed under the soil as stand depth is much.
Blades connected onto the tine edges are manufactured specifically and they have a self-sharpening feature. Plowshare may be used bi-directionally.
Flexible Chocks
A cylindering procedure with helical gear is performed to break the clods and to smooth the soil. Water retention ratio increases with the gears.
Operational depth of the tines may be adjusted with the depth adjusting option on the cylinder system.
It is possible to protect the grazing of the machine wheels as well as to adjust the work depth.
Blades tied to the sides of legs are special production and they have the quality to sharpen themselves. Blades assistance comes in when the top crust of the soil needs breaking.
