Trailed offset disc harrow with lift and whell are a kind of soil cultivation machine which is used to prepare seed bed by breaking the clods after the pulley and mixing the soil.
Operations such as dissecting the plant residues and weeds and breaking the duff layer may be performed with towed lift wheel offset disc harrows. The most significant superiority from secondary soil cultivation tools is being usable within wide humidity limits of the soil.
Model ÇLTD type offset disc harrows prevents wind and water erosion while ploughing the stubble due to the movement with hydraulic system and having multidirectional movement capacity. It provides the wheel to move on field level by the axle mechanism on the wheel and thereby working depth may be adjusted efficiently.
There is an additional guide disc to close the furrow hole and prevents hole formation.
The pulley system which is manufactured from steel pipe and platina and so breakage was prevented.
The scraper system present on each disc which prevents grass and soil sticking and cleans the disc.
It adjusts grazing of anterior and posterior disc group according to the soil type.
A Spring pin assembly which enables the disc group curving to be fixed during the operation.
It enables to adjust the disc group curving easily.
Double ball bearing, double dust seals, ring manufactured from forged steel and long lasting bearing with double grease nipple.
Disc may be manufactured with sizes of 460 and 510 mm and plane and notched.
The curve angles may be adjusted without stepping out the tractor.
