Chissel ploughs are used to cultivate the soil without any need of plough after the harvest. It breaks the lower layer of the plough due to its stand form and it is a mounted type machine which performed soil cultivation with less clods in dry summer seasons where plowing can not be performed.
Cultivation with a high operation depth may be performed with the chisel. It provides soil aeration, water retraction to the bottom by preventing rain water to stay on the surface and protection of the soil humidity and convenient going down for the plant roots by breaking the hard layer. Yield is increased by this operation.
Intact tines are manufactured from cast steel and tempered; and clamps carrying the tines are manufactured from flat steel.
There is a safety bolt for the tines in order not to be damaged from the stones and forces exposed under the soil as stand depth is much.
Blades connected onto the tine edges are manufactured specifically and they have a self-sharpening feature. Plowshare may be used bi-directionally.
A cylindering procedure with helical gear is performed to break the clods and to smooth the soil. Water retention ratio increases with the gears.
Operational depth of the tines may be adjusted with the depth adjusting option on the cylinder system.
It is possible to protect the grazing of the machine wheels as well as to adjust the work depth.
