Hydro Pneumatic Auto Reset Italian Type Subsoiler; this model has been ensured to work safely in stony soil thanks to hydro - pneumatics added to the tines due to safety reasons. It is a suspended machine that performs soil processing by breaking the layer deeper than reach of plough without leaving raw soil between tines and without taking lower layer’s poor soil to the surface while processing the soil due to structure of tines.
With Hydro Italian type subsoiler, soil can be processed in high working depth. Thus, it provides soil aeration, enables water to be drawn to the bottom by preventing rain water to stay on the surface and soil to preserve humidity and plant roots to go down by breaking the hard layer. Yield is increased thanks to this operation.
In addition, its roller which is connected to the chassis minimizes moisture loss after operation by pressing soil raised by tines simultaneously.
Thanks to its design, it is easy to adjust and extremely easy to use.
It has a characteristic of being used as a hydraulic machine.
Strength of ripping blades has been increased by performing heat treatment.
Depth adjustment mechanism is positioned on roller connection to adjust movement of the roller arms and adjust the depth.
Safety bolt is positioned to prevent damage to tine and chassis in case of stress.
Jagged roller is made for the breaking of clods and smoothing the soil. The roller increases the water holding capacity of the soil due to its jags.
In order to prevent continuous pressure loss of hydropneumatics on the tines, accumulators are positioned according to working widths.
There is a pressure gauge to adjust pressure of hydropneumatics and to follow pressure applied by the tine.
Tine is ensured to work safely in stony soil thanks to hydropneumatics added to the tines due to safety reasons.
They are manufactured from a special steel and cemented completely including the edge iron and do not leave any raw area during cultivation.
Blades connected onto the stand edges are manufactured specifically and they have a self-sharpening feature.
